Buyer policy
The standing set of rights, eligibility, and responsibilities that applies to every buyer on Cansly. Buyer protection aims to keep each order safe; this policy records the rules.
1. You are responsible for the accuracy of account, contact, and delivery details you provide at checkout.
2. Verification-locked country details require a support request to change after they are confirmed.
3. Delivered products are your responsibility once marked delivered; keep them and do not share activation codes before use.
4. Eligible issues must be raised within the captured protection window recorded on your order.
5. Raising a dispute should be scoped to genuine faults; repeated or abusive disputes may be limited.
6. Wallet balances are non-refundable back to the original payment method, per the refund policy.
